The S&P 500 is finding some resistance at the 1100 area. Until we get a strong close above this area, I plan to keep new trades short term.
I had 2 triggers today, POL and PODD. POL moved on heavy volume.
PODD though gave back all of its gains. Day traded this one, will watch again tomorrow.

Last week started with a strong showing in the S&P 500, which broke strongly past the 1100 mark and into 1110. But by Friday, those gains were gone. This is a failed breakout and could lead to lower prices. Notice that indicators are pointing lower in the S&P.

Quick post tonight, no charts. I went into today holding several long positions, and felt the pain. Got stopped out of some, the most painful was CDE, which triggered on Tuesday.
