Momentum Trader Report: 04/28/09

I’m not on my computer right now, so this post will be quick. However, I want to take a look at a couple of recent triggers from the Watchlist.

Todays trigger was THOR which rallied big to trigger late in the trading day.

SLXP was a trigger from yesterday. It gave back yesterday’s gains, but I’m still holding for now.

FDS has a great chart, it closed slightly lower today.

I’m still finding some good charts, even if this rally is extended.

Hey,

Nice call on FDS. I very nearly bought that stock myself when you posted it on the 23rd, but went instead with another stock, STEC. Anyway, these are some really great picks.

I was also wondering, if the market turns around, would you ever consider shorting stocks, or are you long only?

Thanks. I’m still holding FDS here, love that chart. I rarely short stocks, I don’t know why, but I just don’t see the setups on the short side. It’s a psychological thing. I would like to though, so I will try a few during the next big pullback.
