For the first time since I can remember, maybe since this site started, I had every single stock on the Watchlist trigger. There was 8 stocks total that triggered. No huge movers, but some offered nice gains. These stocks still look technically good. Here they are:





I mentioned yesterday that VNDA moves fast. It moved quickly in the morning then pulled back. It has a tendency to do that. I took profits early in this one.



I mentioned AVP yesterday on Twitter. It moved this morning, and provided a nice entry at the open.

And VCI, a previous pick here twice (I was stopped out for a loss the first time, and didn’t take it the second) made a huge move today. I missed it.

I am over trading here. I don’t want to miss any big moves in this rally, but today I was stuck in some go nowhere stocks, while missing out on stocks like VCI and PWRD. The problem will be solved tomorrow, since I wont be trading….I will only have a little bit of time to watch the market as I have some other business to attend to. Stops are in.

Trade Ideas for 07/31/09:

None, I will be away from the market on Friday, but I like how recent triggers TSRA and CERN are looking here. They could offer buy opportunities tomorrow. I am still holding some shares in both.
